Keto Friendly Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
Cabbage head 1 large
Chicken breast minced ½ kg
Onion chopped ¼ cup
Salt ½ tbsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Crushed red chilli 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Garam masala powder ½ tsp
Olive oil ½ tbsp
Fresh coriander chopped 2 tbsp
Boiling water as required

Method
In a pot of boiling water, boil cabbage leaves. Take the leaves out after 4-5 minutes and set aside. To the minced chicken breast, add chopped onion, black pepper powder, crushed red chilli, salt to taste, garam masala powder, 1/2 tsp of olive oil, chopped fresh coriander. Mix all the ingredients well. Now stuff the boiled/blanched cabbage leaves with the mince mixture and shape them into rolls.
In a pot of boiling water, place a steaming stand and grease/brush it with some olive oil. Add the prepared stuffed cabbage rolls and steam cook for 8-10 minutes. For the final step, add 1 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the cabbage rolls from both sides, few at a time, until golden brown in color.
