My chlorate perchlorate cell goes 20-45°C. In sommer the full perchlorate process are 3 week in winter 4 week. In the summer the cell is hot 45°C. In winter 20°C.From Nacl->naclo3 will always be ready. if the cell goes under 20 ° C that does not matter. What matters is the pH you must keep it pH 6-7 or your perchlorate never be ready.Another important thing use large surface electrodes. Particularly large surface anode. In a colder cell the production time is much more. But if you try to heat the cell causes more problems than it helps.
