BASIC TECHNIQUES OF KARATE

Gyaku zuki technique is a very basic fighting technique in karate martial arts, and this is a blow that is executed by the back hand. This movement can be done well if you use your hips to push your hips to push forward. This technically attack point generally attacks the solar plexus.

In gyaku zuki technique is done in opposite position with zenkutsu dachi, such as the left foot in front of the right hand attacking and vice versa if the right foot in front then the attacking left hand.
