what is Shime?
Shime is often misunderstood art. It's not just about hitting pupils because I often see other people do it. This is not true! and doing shime without proper knowledge can be dangerous. Instead shime is meant to help students realize their weakness (Not to train beating beaten) but instead check #postur_tubuh, #stack and #stickness.
