K2 Mountain is one of the highest mountains in the world. it known as Mount Godwin-Austen. it is about 8,611 meters above sea level, & the second highest A mountain in the world, after Mount Everest at 8,848 meters.
First Climbed: Women who summit K2 was Pole Wanda Rutkiewicz on 23 June 1986. She was a mountain climber & Polish computer engineer. she was a first to successfully climbed on K2.
