SINCE WHEN WERE SOCIAL SERVICES LEGAL DEPARTMENTS GIVEN THE POWER TO ISSUE PARENTS WITH CAUTIONS?

Today Wirral Social Services legal team told a young mother " anything you say will be written down and may be used in evidence against you" she was told that unless she signed an agreement to comply with what they wanted they would today apply to have her children taken away from her and place them up for adoption and she would not see them until they were at least 18 years old. A few of the conditions are listed below.

She must allow social workers access to all her confidential medical records.
She must not leave the house with her children even to go to the shop unless she first calls them to say she is going out in case they do an unannounced visit in which case if she is out they will immediately apply to have her children taken away.

She must allow any social worker and colleagues into her home at any time but she can not have her mother present! This is because her mother has made complaints against them.

If her children are taken away her mother will not be given custody of them as " she has waged war with social services" ( their words) this is not any kind of validated reason to deny the loving and protective grandmother custody simply because she exercises her rights to challenge and dare to make complaints against malpractice.

Despite qualified psychiatrist and various mental health experts stating no issues with the young mothers mental health or it impacting on her parenting ability she must undertake a psychological assessment ( presumably with psychiatrist/ psychologist of their choice) This is something that the police always do in order to dispute the assessments of those who state no issues!

Not to take any illegal substances or NON PRESCRIPTION DRUGS.... so this must presumably include paracetamol, over the counter cough/ cold/ flu remedies.

Must not have any overnight visitors without providing social services with their name, date of birth, address and telephone number beforehand so they can be thoroughly checked out and social services give the go ahead.
The young mother must not enter into relationship without informing social services of her potential new partners full details and permission is granted.

The young woman's children have never been subject to assault of any kind by her or anyone with whom she associates, They have never presented at hospital or doctors with any injuries of any kind. Both children are just babies.....seems to us Justice Watch that Wirral Social Services have insidious agendas going on.

SOCIAL SERVICES SOCIAL WORKERS ARE USING BLACKMAIL AND DISEMPOWERING PARENTS.
