Thanks once again to everyone who sent it messages,kind gifts and prayers on my sons birthday on Saturday. I appreciate you all.

Forget everything else and put your feet on the pedal.

Actions speak louder than a thousand words... Actions give the power and color to words.

Sometimes you get to the point where you just shut up, ignore all fears and take action.

Stop aiming and learning to do it but really go out and get it done.

Speak to the people

Speak up

Make the decisions

"Well done" actually sounds better and louder than well thought or "well said".
