To Exercise the Peripheral Vision - Para Ejercitar la Visión Periférica

To Exercise the Peripheral Vision

Happy and Successful day with Healthy Body and Mind, Friends of Venezuela and the World on Steemit.

As I have emphasized in the publications of Thursdays, the brain is the main part of our nervous system, located in the cranial cavity and constituted by special nervous tissues with "computational", cognitive, emotional and control functions for all our activities.

Its principle of functionality is based on its "flexibility", therefore it can be trained to be optimized in its operation; that is, through continuous study and learning, daily experience and through didactic games, strategies, skills, imagination, memory, mental agility and refined logic, you can improve your ability to "process" to make it more efficient.

In this sense, I must emphasize that the brain evolves, organizes, processes, grows and develops throughout the life trajectory of the person; and his training is oriented in a scheme of work called "brain plasticity of action and reaction" so that mental and cognitive skills can be trained throughout life, with cause and effect strategies.

The above comes to collation because it is circumscribed in support of the work of "directed self-help" that I have been doing with my consequent readers; and in that area today I bring you a small introductory video to train peripheral vision, an important action for better brain development.

@josevasquez, what a interesting post on Peripheral Vision. I just so happen to always be looking up and reading information on peripheral vision. I have had issues with my vision all my life and it also includes peripheral vision. There was a accident I was involved in when I was 2 years old that damaged my vision including my peripheral. It is very important function and a lot of people does not' realize the importance of it.

Excellent post!

Thank you very much @ozhiya for your interesting participation and for sharing your experiences with us. According to you, certainly people often downplay the issue of peripheral vision, because unfortunately "nobody knows what they have until they lose it". I can not comment on your vision problems because I do not know the internal physical damage, but I can Assure you that there are many mental exercises that can help you substantially improve peripheral vision. Greetings and a respectful hug.
