Introduction

This is going to be a blog about my journey through Judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I'm a 32 year old guy who has been training Judo for 7 years and BJJ for 2 and a half. I'm a sho dan in Judo and two stripe blue in BJJ. I train in London and I feel like documenting my journey would be nice thing to look back on in years to come (better late than never I always say!). I'd also really like to engage with anyone in the community on a similar journey.
