There is no known way to hack encryption than by brute force it and with the known technology today cracking these encryption with brute force would take longer than the age of the universe so people usually don't try to crack those encryption.

If there's a bug in the code of the password manager then this can be a real problem but these program are simple and the encryption part are robust, open source so under the scrutiny of the best coders and hackers...
