my Journey to Pull-Up Master with family
I’ve been walking to this pull-up bar in a public park for three weeks now, and the family joined me yesterday.
I didn’t do all the pull-ups that I wanted to, but I so enjoyed the walk with my family.
@daniel-san and @theharvey took turns walking and riding on my shoulders, and both enjoyed the Journey with @luvbnamome and I.
My hands hurt more from hanging from bar, than my muscles ache from doing the pull-ups to failure.

I’m @runridefly, and I’m working up to 20 pull-ups, and I hope I reach my goal by the end of May.
doing any number of pull-ups is great. I remember working for months before the president's fitness challenge so I could do one. I think by the time I came around I could do a few and avoided embarrassment, until I got to that damned "sit and reach"
Those white things on hands are sometimes annoying !
But keep on going buddy !
That's really great
Family is supposed to be your foundation for other pursuits of life. No matter how much you succeed in life or even if you fail, it’s your families comfort that makes you realise how beautiful and humble this small world is.
Not everyone here has a chance or is lucky to have a family, and those who have little they do realise how important role they play knowingly and unknowingly in our respective lives.
Secondly, at times we get frustrated or are naive enough to take things for granted until we realise they are gone, and then reality strikes like lightening. Great pictures though, enjoy the time with your family
Hey, it shows you've had a great fun with your family and with the pull-ups.
How much more to go to reach your goal?
