When I first heard about gender pay gap, I was really surprised, because the place from where I originally belong, that is, Pakistan, there is no gender pay gap. I heard about this when I came to Europe. So this difference is seen in Europe and America, and not in developing countries like Pakistan. There, women have equal rights as men.
