By all the meanings, nations has the same humor structure.
For example : Vladimir Putin celebrated his birthday. He had a nice party, but it got awkward when two of his friends got him the same country. (It could be Donald Trump etc.)
Or the other one : Russian doctor: «This medicine is from insomnia, this one is from nervous break-down, and also take this one from depression». Patient: «Thank you very much, doctor, but do you have any other medicine besides vodka?".
Or : Kolobok hanged himself. Buratino drowned. I know that in your country you have own type satire, political jokes and so on. It's really interesting to me so that, I asked you to write in comments your national jokes)
