In the light of the recent #DeleteFacebook campaign that appears to be showing no signs of slowing down and the recently proposal to start a campaign on twitter with the #JoinSteemit tag, I would like to make this #Growth-Idea suggestion.
#DeleteFacebook & #JoinSteemit
These two tags can be run side-by-side and when a reader sees both #DeleteFacebook #JoinSteemit as a pair, this is a very powerful message.
My proposal to the Developers is that I would like to suggest a change to the default setting currently set at “Steemit” to “#JoinSteemit” when sharing Blogs to our twitter followers.
Generic #
Having a Generic # that we all use would be a powerful message and one that I would fully support using.
The tools are right in front of us
#Steemit is an exceptionally powerful toolbox full of various tools that are right in front of our our eyes.
By a simply change like this, to the way that #Steemit Blogs are shared across our existing Social Network, is one tool I would highly recommend using.
I hope this #Growth-Idea gets in front of the guys that could make this happen as I believe it would be a facility that could help bring a massive contribution to our growth.

Yes, even the smallest and simplest changes like these could have great impact on the growth of this platform and blockchain. This is a great idea and I hope it becomes a reality! I'm pretty sure it wouldn't take more than a few minutes to implement such changes.
Very thoughtful suggestion even tho you are busy with your london crypto currency show and you are still finding time for us and giving people ideas and suggestions in your tight schedule, the developers should consider this cause as a leader we believe your choice @stephenkendal and i know it’s going to be very effective. Just the tag needs to be changed from steemit to #joinsteemit but the impact will be powerful and people will be curious. Thanks for all your hardwork and yeah I deleted my Facebook.

We each have different friends and family to know and share different experiences. with different traditions. always see from eye to eye. About what we are not looking for opportunities. I am also grateful for what it has built in Steemit for all of us. The opportunity to share what we love and learn new things and find interesting people.

Will do it and will advise others to join #steemit and to set it as default. Individuals will most likely erase accounts from facebook and will join steemit. Outstanding post.. I did a #joinsteemit on twitter yesterday and followed it and you ... Let's get together delete facebook and join steemit. s. Yes it is true that people still use facebook even though they have a great platform like steemit because most do not realize or their countries have banned sites like steemit. You know now a days I really don't use facebook because it's a waste of time and at that time I can use the steemit and earn money as well as meet with extraordinary people like you. zukerberg fear that it will disappear in the air if the steemit are increasingly popular. We cannot change the past but we can become wiser in the future, it is never too late to try, I feel like suing Facebook for my time as Facebook causes @steemit paid crazy money so why not the users that work like workers. make #joinsteem #deletefacebook tag viral cause people need to escape from the prison. Chamath mean slap in hindi and steemit is a slap in the Facebook.
Owk this is really a great idea and would help push our goal out there...but I think this post should have its First tag as #utopianio because that's where the developers will be able to see it easily.
