I am suspicious of death-fakers.

McCain has a history of being duplicitous. What are the chances that a duplicitous person would devise and employ a tactic to evade being held accountable for aiding and abetting the Cabal? What are the chances he would develop a previously unpublicized illness precisely the year that he faces his greatest chances of exposure?

In my opinion, his entire illness serves the convenient purpose of avoiding being held to account for his actions. It included the possibility of a 'miraculous' recovery if the Cabal managed to get the upper hand on the forces moving against them. Things going badly for the Cabal probably inspired a kind of race to use the 'fake your death' get out of jail card before it was over-used to absurdity. Notice that Bill Clinton has the same escape plan. The 'deaths' of all highly placed Cabal operatives should be taken with extra discernment due to the tactical utility of such an event.
