i'm not a native South African,Johannesburg is not my hometown...actually my country of origin is far.. far away...but this cannot keep me from feeling so close to this land...

what really makes you love Jozi?.......i don't know....nobody knows..
...sometimes its better not to give answers!!....sometimes questions must stay as it is...at the end of the day we must wonder ourselves,what is it better....a box full of questions or a box full of answers?

Joburg spreads out a haunting melody no one can resist...its like the Sirens in ancient Greek Mythology

its beautiful...its mysterious and imposing... outrageous....aggressive and harsh,unwilling to discipline...sometimes its depressing,sad...makes me feel sorrow ,makes me blue....but then again,what a madman's feeling comes up...i love it even more..love and hate i would say,walking together holding hands through the dark alleys of Hillbrow....
..there are times i sense it tries to push me away...to chase me away...but the harder the try is the bigger my love for it grows

maybe because of this sweet indifference the town breathes out.....its something magical...especially during the night 'shift'....its like a spell....once you've been put under it, you become a lifetime slave of this megapolis....
..Johannesburg downtown at night...what an experience!!! ..recklessness is not an ally....keep your eyes open,your hands quick...be alert don't fell asleep-you might not wake up again...
...say whatever you like........... its a dark beauty no matter what!!

what is that you see?...what is that you feel?...surrounded by mystery ...crime in the streets...mixed cultures all around....and at the end of all these ....memories...memories buried deep in the past...memories........ memories...distant memories...
....tremendous,horrifying pipes reaching the sky,never stop spitting poison in the air...i'm looking outside the 7th floor apartment window...Joburg at night...what future brings us??...do not be curious!...future comes for all of us eventually...enjoy NOW the moment before it becomes past!!...what a skyline i must admit!!....I'm really charmed!!!
