If we practice this joga ,the lower body of the body becomes as strong as lightning. For this reason. It is known as Vajrasana.

Process : we sit on the ankle with our legs twisted . The arms should be positioned directly over the thighs . At first we will feel a slight pain in the legs and knees during practice . After some days practice our pain will remove .

Benefits :

If we practice this joga, it helps to remove leg pain . It increase our strength nerves and muscles . It helps us to digest food. It helps us to keep stength our hair .
