For Hamburg, Germany, Customer Services Operators are required for Call Centers

Leading German Customer Service Company with worldwide clients is requiring to fill several vacancies for different projects in its Commercial department in Hamburg

Duties

• Assist Customer through telephone, email and chat.
• Provide solutions to Customers and respond appropriately to questions posed
• Process data in company CRM software.

Profile Parameters

• Speak German fluently
• Availability for immediate incorporation to the company.
• Full-time schedule Monday throught Friday, 40 hours per week, but on 2 weekends a month, Monday to Sunday but you can recover those days as free days during the working weeks.
• EU citizen or residence permit to work in Germany
• Ability to work in teams and be goal oriented person.
• No previous experience required. The company will give training.

Conditions of employment:

• Long-term contract after 6 months trial
• Salary: € 1530 gross monthly
• Additional bonus of € 300 for the first three months, then monthly bonuses based on performance
• Payment of air ticket from country of residence to Hamburg.
• First 2 months of accommodation on behalf of the company
