Job vs Business (Motivational Speaks)
Try and Fail but never fail to try.
Everyone who gets degree starts running from company to company to get a good job, but no one at that time thinks that he can start his own business instead of getting the job and build an empire for his own and let the people work for them instead of working for them. Are we getting 16 t0 18 years educations just to work for others?. No, we do not get the education to work for others, we get the education to be educated.
But this is a great step and it requires risk-taking talent to take an initiative and start building his own empire where other people work for you. As most of the people want immediate results from everything, they think if we start a business so it must be going better day by day and they must never face any failure in making it high in the sky which is an impossible thing because when you want to fly you will definitely fall many times and after that you will be able to fly.
As a business administration student, I have learned that there are two types of people there in the world, risk takers, risk-averse and neutral students.
Risk Takers are those who take risk in everything happens in their life even if the risk failure ratio is more than ratio of success while on the other hand risk averse peoples are those who don't take risk even their success ratio is more than the ratio of failure and the third one are those who take risk only when they see that the ratio of risk to both success and failure is 50 50.
The risk takers are the only people who take the step and get success in life. They take risk for business and quit their jobs no matter how many times they fail and how many times life test them, they never quit, they always keep trying and fight with their failure and one day the failure tired of failing them and success hug them and peoples who get high grades and high degrees works for them and other people think that it is just their luck, nobody sees their hard work.
