Buruh memuat tandan buah segar kelapa sawit di lahan perkebunan, yang ada di Seumirah, Aceh Utara, kamis (25/01). Setiap buruh akan mendapatkan upah muat Rp 20.000 per ton ditambah uang makan sebesar Rp 30.000.

Siang itu, tampak pemuda asal desa seumirah ini, tengah memanggul bongkahan tandan sawit segar, untuk mengangkat kedalam mobil untuk dibawa ke pabrik. Mereka bekerja bisa mengeluarkan Keringat yang mengalir membasahi wajah mereka, tetapi mereka terus bekerja.

Pada umumnya, banyak pengangkutan buah sawit dengan menggunakan kendaraan truk, Namun pada beberapa kasus terutama kebun di areal gambut pengangkutan buah ada yang mengunakan lori.

Betapa pun kondisi mereka dalam bekerja, namun mereka tetap bersemangat, mereka akan tetap bertahan demi mendapatkan upah.

The workers loaded fresh fruit bunches of palm oil on the plantation field, which is in Seumirah, North Aceh, on Thursday (25/01). Each worker will get a wage of Rp 20,000 per ton plus a meal allowance of Rp 30,000.

That afternoon, a young man from the village of this seumirah, was carrying a bunch of fresh palm bunches, to lift into the car to be brought to the factory. They can work out a sweat that flows down their face, but they continue to work.

In general, there is a lot of palm fruit transport by truck, but in some cases especially the gardens in the peat land transporting the fruit are using lorries.

Whatever their condition at work, but they are still excited, they will survive in order to get wages.
