키워보자 아보카도 day.1
마포 농수산물 시장에 갔다가 아보카도를 싸게 팔길래 사왔습니다. 만원에 다섯 개 였는데 덤으로 한 개 더!!!
마트에서는 덜 익거나 너무 익은 아보카도를 샀다가 맛있게 먹어보지 못했는데요. 농수산물 시장에서는 바로 먹어도 좋을 싱싱한 아보카도를 구매할 수 있었어요.
썰어서 차와 마시고, 밥반찬으로 먹고, 과카몰리 만들어 나초와 먹고... 생각보다 꽤 많은 양이라 질리게 먹었네요. 과카몰리는 레몬즙이 부족했는지 냉장고에 하루 두었더니 갈변이 심했어요ㅠㅠ 과카몰리 냉장고에 보관 오래하는 방법은 없을까요?
튼실해 보이는 씨앗을 하나 씻어 집에서 키워보기로 했습니다. 씨앗 한 쪽에 뿌리처럼 살짝 나온 부분이 있어 적당한 유리병에 물을 채운 뒤 얹어 주었어요. 굉장히 큰 나무로 자라기도 하던데, 제 아보카도씨의 운명은 어떨까요?
