Rare Strange Fish Found

The discovery of a new population from one might not be something very special. But this time what the researchers found was a strange group of fish populations. These fish are called strange because they have bright red skin with their Mohawk fins on their heads. In addition, they also have finger-like fins on the sides of their bodies that make them "walk" on the ocean floor. This new population of strange fish was discovered last week by divers from the Institute for Marine and Antarctic Studies (IMAS) and a citizen science project Reef Life Survey (RLS). This fish is known to cluster around 20 to 40 tails. Previously, scientists discovered a similar fish population on Frederick Henry Bay, off the southeast coast of the island of Tasmania, Australia. While the population they have just found is a few kilometers from the first group.
