BJJ Training Journal - 9/20/19

I went to our head instructors class today. I normally don't attend these as I prefer to work on my No-Gi game with my normal training partner but he went to the class so I joined him.

We did sit up guard which is something that I work on a lot with my competition students.

This one was a hard class for me because I have very strong opinions on this position.

It was a good training session, however, I was totally bummed when we did rounds because they were only 4 minutes which is way too short.
