BJJ Training Journal - 5/4/21 - Leg and Beach Day

Today was my creative bag workout day where I just flow around the bag and concentrate on movement and volume. This is one of my most fun and tiring bag workouts. The only one harder is full speed and full power.

After that it was heavy leg lifting day. I added a set to each workout as I am maxing the stack on the leg press.

I finished the gym workout and headed to the beach were I worked on my breath hold in the water.

This was a fun, intense, and relaxing workouts.
