BJJ Training Journal - 3/2/21 - Back to Full Speed and Power
Even though my right knee is still not at 100% I decided to ramp up to try and go at full speed and power on my kicks.
I could feel a little twinge but I took it slow and kept going until I was at full speed and power.
My knee held up fine.
I am going to take it easy and only go at full speed every other day for the next week.
