BJJ Training Journal - 2/16/21 - Hard Workout

Yesterday's workout was back to full speed and full power.

It was an intense work out and my technique started to break down on my spinning back kick as I tried to decrease the time between each kick. At the end of the set I started to miss hitting the bag cleanly. When I did this I did not count the rep and did it again. I was exhausted after this.

I also added two sets to my upper body workout to put more stress on my body and it worked. My muscles hit failure.

This was an intense work out and I am feeling it now.
