BJJ Training Journal - 10/17/19

Today was competition class and we had a small turn out with two adults and two kids. We are winding the training down for the 10 year old girl that will be competing in Naga next Saturday.

She is looking super good with her double leg on point. She is dropping the adults with force so if she gets a hold of a girl her size that girl is going to be in trouble.

She is also pulling guard really well and attacking off the pull.

I think she will do very well.
