BJJ Training Journal - 10/15/19

Wow our competition class was the biggest one to date. We had 3 adults and 6 kids. Our normal classes are bigger but the competition class is at an off hour in a small room thus this is the limit.

We do not spar in this class which seems odd because I stress sparring in the regular classes. We drill combinations and game plans which are unique to each fighter.

We are focusing in on one of our girls (who is 10) who is going to compete at Naga on 10/26 in her first tournament.

Today we started on the feet and went all the way to half guard top and bottom.
