BJJ Training Journal - 10/09/19

Yesterday was competition class and it got bigger. We had two adults and three kids. We worked on techniques for the one girl that is going to compete in Naga on October 26th. It was a lot of hard work.

The girls takedowns are getting crazy and she is hitting the adults hard. If she can play her game in her first tournament she will do well.

She also has a nice guard pull and roll to closed guard when she gets sprawled on.

Her side control and mount are killer and even the two adult get stuck under her pressure. This is amazing as she is barely over 70 pounds.
