Cmaresh, send me a pm on FB and I will send you the uncut and the real book unaltered for free. Aeryale probably changed some of the info in the book to give people wrong advice about the protocol. Don't trust it. She might have added a virus in the download as well. Do so on your own risk.

The preface or discalimer is an obvious satire.
This troll here might have easily changed the info with google doc then converted the file into pdf so you would have no idea she changed it. Then probably compressed it and added spyware or a virus.
