Jewellery -

I need to get a lot better at engraving, not my best attempt at swirly patterns but it was a learning experience, it's done now at least, the idea as I mentioned awhile back in one of my blog posts about this piece was to have a load of engraved wirls on the piece and then a gemstone in the centre. The idea works, but as you can see the accuracy is off which is just going to be a practice thing.

This tube you see is on the back of the piece, it's a really simple way my teacher came up with to allow us to slip a fine chain through the back so this can be worn as a necklace.
