DOMINION
38 SAYING: “ ‘BLESSED IS THE KING WHO COMES IN THE NAME OF THE LORD!’ PEACE IN HEAVEN AND GLORY IN THE HIGHEST!”
39 And some of the Pharisees called to Him from the crowd, “Teacher, rebuke Your disciples.” 40 But He answered and said to them, “I TELL YOU THAT IF THESE SHOULD KEEP SILENT, THE STONES WOULD IMMEDIATELY CRY OUT.”
Luke 19:38–40 (NKJV)
• You must be a praiser of God to dominate in life.
- You must be worshipful, praiseful, and thankful! Those who worship God, must worship in spirit and truth (John 4:24).
- God inhabited the praises of Israel—His people (Psalm 22:3). Jesus understands that genuine praise welcomes the presence of God.
- God is not obligated to do anything for you, If He has done anything, It is by His love and mercy. You do not have the right to murmur or query God on whatever He has not done in your life.
• If you murmured, you have offended God. And If you know Him, you would not want to offend Him.
- If He has chosen to tarry in doing what you are expecting, would you arrest Him; and If you threatened not to serve Him again, Does that stop Him from being God? Does that reduced Him? No!
IT does not change Him, neither does it make any difference in Him. - Jesus said: "...“IF THEY KEPT QUIET, THE STONES ALONG THE ROAD WOULD BURST INTO CHEERS!” (Luke 19:40 NLT).
- Praise God with all your heart. You are not praising Him because of what you have gotten or not, but for WHO He is—the person of Him.
- If you praise Him, He will multiply you:
5 LET THE PEOPLES PRAISE YOU, O GOD; LET ALL THE PEOPLES PRAISE YOU. 6 THEN THE EARTH SHALL YIELD HER INCREASE; GOD, OUR OWN GOD, SHALL BLESS US. 7 GOD SHALL BLESS US, AND ALL THE ENDS OF THE EARTH SHALL FEAR HIM" (Psalm 67:5-7 (NKJV). - To approach God, you have to know how to thank Him. Your dominion and constant success is attached with your thanksgiving: "ENTER HIS GATES WITH THANKSGIVING; GO INTO HIS COURTS WITH PRAISE. GIVE THANKS TO HIM AND PRAISE HIS NAME" (Psalm 100:4 (NLT).
- Some believers are too shallow in thanksgiving. You have got to learn how to thank Him for the salvation of your soul, your health, substances or resources, protection, favour, and the honour He bestows on you.
- Learn and cultivate the habit of appreciating God in your life: "IN EVERY SITUATION [no matter what the circumstances] BE THANKFUL AND CONTINUALLY GIVE THANKS TO GOD; FOR THIS IS THE WILL OF GOD FOR YOU IN CHRIST JESUS" (1 Thessalonians 5:18 Amps).
- Thank God for your home; your spouse and children, thank Him for your loved ones, friends and acquaintances, your work, and all that belongs to you, which God has blessed you with. Thank God for all things!
• God is good.
- You have to know that all you had been receiving is by God's mercy, favour, and love—all is by His goodness.
- It is not because of your holiness, although holiness is very important (1 Peter 1:15,16). It is not because of your prayers, tithings and offerings, though these are important; but for His mercies.
- Albeit, the biblical principles mentioned are very important, but God has set them up as a way of testing the obedience of His people.
- If you abide by the principles; you obey and live by them, that shows you are obedient. That will remove obstacles on on your way, the accuser of the brethren would find nothing incriminating in you (1 Peter 2:11,12).
- Jesus said: "I will not speak with you much longer, FOR THE RULER OF THE WORLD (Satan) IS COMING. AND HE HAS NO CLAIM ON ME [no power over Me nor anything that he can use against Me]" (John 14:30 Amps).
- It means the devil came to Him, Jesus, but did not find anything he could use against Him. Jesus was perfect in His obedience to God the Father (Philippians 2:6-8; Hebrews 3:1,2).
- All the principles of God and His commandments you kept and abided with, show your obedience to God, and the demonstration of your love for Him.
- Your obedience and faithfulness in your Walk with God, would make the devil find nothing to accuse you of, before God (Job 1:1,8)—for he, the devil, is the accuser of the brethren (Revelation 12:10).
• God's love.
- All He does for us are based on His love for us—those who are His children.
- If it were not God's love and protection, the devil would have made meat of some us.
1“IF IT HAD NOT BEEN THE LORD WHO WAS ON OUR SIDE,” Let Israel now say—
2 “If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, WHEN MEN ROSE UP AGAINST US,
3 THEN THEY WOULD HAVE SWALLOWED US ALIVE, WHEN THEIR WRATH WAS KINDLED AGAINST US;
4 Then the waters would have OVERWHELMED US, The stream would have GONE OVER OUR SOUL;
5 Then the SWOLLEN WATERS Would have GONE OVER OUR SOUL.”
6 BLESSED BE THE LORD, WHO HAS NOT GIVEN US AS PREY TO THEIR TEETH.
7 OUR SOUL HAS ESCAPED as a bird from the snare of the fowlers; THE SNARE IS BROKEN, AND WE HAVE ESCAPED.
8 OUR HELP IS IN THE NAME OF THE LORD, WHO MADE HEAVEN AND EARTH."
Psalm 124:1–8 (NKJV)
- The devil and those who work for him; satanists, witches, wizards, occultists, and the like; could have destroyed some. The love, mercy, and the faithfulness of God, has kept you, others, and I, who are His.
- You do not have the right to murmur, or complain about what you have asked but yet to receive.
- The ones, blessings, you had received, Have you praised Him on them?
- If you are owing God thanks and praises, you would have to start counting your blessings and begin to bless Him—thank and Praise Him for His goodnesses, loving-kindnesses, and faithfulness.
- You start with thanksgiving and move on to Praise (Psalm 100:4).
• You thank God for all He has done in your life, not only that, but also for Who He is:
- He is our God and our Maker (Psalm 95:6).
- He is the One Who says and it comes to pass. He says we should be, that is why we are, and alive (Psalm 104:24-30; 145:14-16).
"THE Lord GIVES both DEATH and LIFE; HE BRINGS SOME DOWN TO the GRAVE but RAISES OTHERS UP."
1 Samuel 2:6 (NLT)
"AND do not FEAR those who KILL the BODY but CANNOT KILL THE SOUL. But rather FEAR HIM WHO IS ABLE TO DESTROY BOTH SOUL AND BODY IN HELL."
Matthew 10:28 (NKJV)
• You will not fail in Jesus' name.
- Should there be any ailment in your body as you read this piece, I declare your healing now in Jesus' name.
- Whatever burden that would not allow you to praise God wholeheartedly, such is lifted and surmounted now in Jesus' name.
Peace!
STEPS TO SALVATION
• Take notice of this:

b. Confess that you believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord, and that you confess it with your mouth, Thus, you accept Him As your Lord and Saviour (Romans 10:9,10).
c. Ask that He will write your name in the Book of Life (Philippians 4:3; Revelation 3:8).
- If you took the steps As highlighted above, It means you are saved—born-again. Join a Word based church in your area and Town or city, and be part of whatever they are doing there. Peace!
