Understanding the spiritual gift of prophecy in the bible, how to receive the gift.

The bible teach about the gift of prophecy: "Follow the way of love and eagerly desire gifts of the Spirit, especially prophecy", 1 Corinthians 14:1; also:"But the one who prophecies speaks to people for their strengthening, encouraging and confort", 1 Corinthians 14:3.
The sacred listening is: listening (perceive with attention), meditate with intuition and inspiration, decide with creativity. This gift is used in the gospels to solve problems or questions for example: Jesus and the denarii ,"Then give back to Caesar what is Caesar's, and to God what is God's", Luke 20:25; and also Jesus and the prostitutes, "Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her", John 8:7. This is one of the seven gifts of the holy spirit.
But when this gift is used to confort, edify and instruct it becomes the gift of prophecy.
The apostle Paul explains about this important spiritual gift: "Two or three prophets should speak, and the others should weigh carefully what is said. And if a revelation comes to someone who is sitting down, the first speaker should stop. For you can all prophecy in turn so that everyone may be instructed and encouraged. The spirit of prophets are subject to the control of prophets. For God is not a god of disorder but of peace". 1 Corinthians 14:29-33.
From the point of view of religion a prophet is a person full of the holy spirit, a person endowed in such a way with the spirit of wisdom, that can instruct as god in person. The prophet is basically the adult christian, the person conform to God.
How we achieve this gift? With a life of piety. All the superior gifts are the result of the piety or the fear of the lord. The piety or fear of the lord is define as constancy, firmness, devotion, ecuanimity, stability.
Jesus teach about the fear of the Lord:"This is the meaning of the Parable: The seed is the word of god...But the seed on good soil stands for those with a noble and good heart, who hear the word, retain it, and with constancy produce a crop", Luke 8:11-15.
The word of god needs the contancy to produce a crop, to bear fruits. That is only the pious receive the holy spirit. This is the ultimate sense of prophecy.
