Believe in Jesus: This is how we know that we live in him and he in us: He has given us of his Spirit

When the apostle Paul speaks to us about the spirit, he is speaking to us about that love that develops in us like the worm that transforms into a butterfly or the naked tree that sprouts, blossoms and bears fruit. The nature of man is conformity to God: "Be holy, because I am holy" 1 Peter 1:16. That is why our Lord Jesus speaks to us in parables such as the parable of the yeast, the parable of the talents, or the pearl of great price, we could say that the spirit has several meanings we can interpret the spirit as love, wisdom, but also as thought or progressive development.
The spirit is the grace, the charism that points us to the path of truth: "But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God" John 3:21.
God and his spirit are not something physical or material, the spirit is an immaterial essence, that is why the apostle John explains to us that God cannot be seen with the eyes of the body, but that God and the gift of the spirit, is present in us through that love, which perfects us and makes us delve into the mysteries of eternal life, the life that once obtained cannot be taken away: "Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us. This is how we know that we live in him and he in us: He has given us of his Spirit." 1 John 4:11-13.
The Kingdom of Heaven is a doctrine of mysteries and our understanding of spiritual phenomena is incomplete and limited, but Jesus brings us closer to these mysteries with his love, the love projected towards the whole creation of God, the love that makes us friends of our neighbor.
