Abandoned House-Ghosts/haunting (SWC)

I am going to tell you a story that I heard from my mother based on an incident happened in one's real life, some scripts are exaggerated for spice up the story. And this post is in response to Supernatural Writing Contest! by @jerrybanfield

We had a graduation ceremony at our college, the celebration is over and it's time to express thanks to friends, everyone wishing each other, I was seeking my best friend Usha to wish her. Finally, I found her near the lobby.

"Usha, thank god I got you, Congratulations!" I give her my hand.

She shook my hand said " thank you and same to you" she smiled.

Usha is one of my best my best friends, we studied together since from the first year of this college, she is a very calm person. I had one more best friend Preeti who joined the medical college at nearby towns. Usha is village girl, her village is almost 50 km away from this town, she used to stay here in the college hostel.

"When will you leave for the village?" I asked her.

"May be tomorrow, why, you ask, are you coming with me?"

"No, Preeti is there, she arrived yesterday for summer holidays, she wants to meet you"

" Oh great! I take you both to my village, there you could enjoy the environment" she invited.

After we met Preeti, we two agreed to go with Usha to her village for a week. Her village was very remote, there was only one bus to go to the village, the road was very damaged and not maintained well, We went by bus, on the way Usha shown us an abandoned house, which had some mystery in it.

"No one can go alone at 12 O'clock to this house" she said.

"Oh! Why so" I asked.

"Those who came, died with bleeding. There is a mystery there, all this is a supernatural"

"All this is superstition, wrong belief" said Preeti as she overlooked. Preeti was bold girl, she is not afraid of anything, we always appreciated her dare act.

The bus arrived her village...

Her village was very beautifully located on the outskirts of mountains, river, farm and innocent people. We went to her house, her family welcoming us. After we finished the dinner we were gathered for chatting, her mom told us about their village.
"Aunty, please tell us about the abandoned house" I asked her with curiosity.
"Oh! That was a great mystery, long ago a couple lived in the house, they were not happy, they always quarreled, The man was persecuting her, He had a whip, he usually at 12 O'clock he beat her wife with the whip. One day died at her unable to bear, two days after the man died with bleeding out from his mouth and nose. Everyone believed that he killed because of her ghost soul. Since that day, no one could pass on the way of the house."

"Oh really?"

"Yes, even now there is a fire burning there at night, seems someone cooking at backyard."

We went to sleep, the next day we were enjoying the river water bath and swim. Suddenly some people are panicking, Usha stopped a woman running and inquired her about their panic.

"O sister, what happened"

"Someone died by bleeding who cross the abandoned house on this afternoon"

"He may died for any other reason" Preeti whispered

"Where are you running now?" Usha again.

"The doctor has come to examine him, and all the villagers gathered there" the woman said.
We three decided to go there to see the man, all the villagers gathered there, and they had laid the dead body in the middle, everyone was talking about the death with some sort of fear.

"He missed the bus in the morning, he may have waited till evening, but he had walked and when he walked across the old house, some bad soul attacked him, he started bloody vomiting, in the same condition came home and died in a few minutes. It is the evidence that ghost exists there" one of the villager described.

We three look at the body, Preeti only gets closer the body said "No! He didn’t die because of any soul attacked"
Everyone surprised on her statement. "What are you going to say" one of the villager asked.

"I said the death is natural and no one attacked him. Some have the chance like this when he walks a long way during the most sunny day." she explained and continued.

"It is kind disease that called bloody sputum, blood is ejected from the mouth and nose that leads to the lungs or throat, due to lack of water." I had faith on her speech since she was a medical student, but villagers against her opinion.

"So are you going to say that there is no ghost soul " a villager asked.

"Yes, I won’t believe in ghost or soul until enough evidence is provided."

"If so, can you go to that house alone?." a villager challenged her and few more villagers laughed at her.

"Yes of course I can," she accepted the challenge.

"If you can, at 12 o'clock night you should go and get a special star flower bloomed in the house. There is no other flower in this village" they told their conditions and she also agreed.

We were afraid of her decision, but she has seemed to be a normal, she had no worries at all. The news spread throughout the village. What was going to happen was tense. The time was close to 12 o'clock, and all of us seemed to be burning in the stomach.

Time almost quarter to twelve in the night, she left the village, holding a torch light in her hand, we also went with her upto the village limits, She alone moved further as she crossed the village boundary, whole path was dark, the house was about half a kilometer from the border of the village. Everyone knows that she is bold, but now we have come to know that she is bold and courageous too. Everyone surprising about her daring act.

It was 11.55 pm she almost closer the haunted house, even in the cold, her face becomes wet with sweat, she got scared, she feared but also went there with stubbornness. There was very silent, only an owl making noise that realized that something moving. Her heart beating raised, she went to the house and searching for the plant of star flower, she was in a hurry, time lapsed but she couldn't find the flower.

She looked every flower pot, nothing like the flower he has told, she rushed to the other side of the house there also no flower. She couldn't find the flower since she searched everywhere, at last her sight stuck on a tree there was a creeper plant swrilled on the tree branch, and she found the star shaped flower on it.

Immediately she plows the flower, and trying to rush away. At the same time she saw a light, a brighter light, a light with smoke, she also felt some worst smell around her, she couldn't see the light because of its glare, the light disappeared slowly and an image started appearing suddenly.

"Oh maaaaaaaaaa" she screamed, her blood become hot, her body shivered continuously. "Oh shit!" the image was something like a human body with tiger eyes and claws, very aggressive.

Suddenly it changed to wolf face, then a skull , then a woman, a multiple faces that changed immediately. She screamed after she looked at such a abnormal image, it was haunted, bloody scary. She realized it was something a supernatural, may be a ghost, she began to run, the only thing she could do was run, and must run as fast she could in any direction, run to save her, she lost her confident.

"Goddddddddddd! Please save me!" she screamed now the ghost came in her front. It showed her its multiple incarnation, showed an aggressive face, along with a shaky voice. That's it, she fell down, the blood went out from her mouth and nose, all this happened in just 50 to 60 seconds, time was 12.1 midnight.

As the villagers knew that some thing going to be wrong, they were ready to save her, they had arrangements to save her. After waiting for 10 minutes she did not come, so we all rushed there on a car, villagers also brought the doctor, immediately she rescued from the haunted house, finally she becomes well but her mind disturbed with the ghost soul.

The next day she realised that the ghost exists, she said "I met the soul, was very scared, something like a supernatural"
