ラーメン激戦区立川よく来ます。
鏡花、井の庄など好きな名店が多い。
麺:長細ストレート。若干硬目で、コシ、歯ごたえがある。ツルツル。 量は少なめ。
スープ:醤油。鰹節、煮干し、昆布。高級オリーブオイルを使用。透き通った綺麗なスープ
チャーシュー：薄い炙りチャーシュー。程よく脂身と赤身がある。
刻み玉ねぎ。 太いメンマ2本。
スープは最後の一滴まで飲める。
駅から少し歩く。
