◆White bear photo stand◆

I introduced you until the paper making process, let's cut the glass today.

◆白くまのフォトフレーム◆

型紙作りまでご紹介しましたが、今日はいよいよガラスをカットしましょう。
フォトフレームのガラスは北極のイメージで選びました。
白をベーズにしましたが、地味にならないように色々なガラスを組み合わせます。

Put the pattern paper on the glass and cut it.

作った型紙をガラスに貼ってカットします。

こういった感じにカットしました。
これを型紙とぴったり同じにするために削ります。

I will scrape with this machine.

このダイヤモンドルーターで削ります。

I shaved them all.

全部削ってみました。

型紙を外すとこのようになります。

Wrap the copper tape around the glass.After winding the tape, hold it with a spatula so as not to peel off with heat.

これに銅のテープを巻いていきます。
テープを巻いたら、熱で剥がれないようにヘラで押さえます。

I wound all the tape.

テープを巻いてみました。
