Natto is a traditional Japanese food made from formulated soybeans.  It is popular especially as a breakfast food. 

As a rich source of protein, it's important source of nutrition for Japanese. 

納豆は、大豆を発酵させて作った日本の伝統的な食べ物です。特に朝食として食べることが多いです。

I and my family love Natto and eat everyday. However, some Japanese dislike it because of the unique smell and stickiness.

私と私の家族は納豆が大好きで毎日食べますが、匂いと粘りが独特なので、日本人の中には嫌いな人も多いです。
