【聖なる泉 purification of myself】ずっと訪れたかったティルタ・ウンプル寺院へ 心を込めて沐浴をしてきました。ここはバリの郊外ウブドのまだちょっと奥にあるのでアクセス難しいですね。まずはチャナン をお供えしてメディテーション。沐浴は3段階あり、過去→現在→未来の泉へと移ります。この泉には魚がたくさん 泳いでいて自然と一体化できます

I visited “Pura Tirta Empul” in Ubud Bali. I strongly wanted to visit here!! At first, I offered the "canang" to the gods. And then, I had a silent meditation inside the sanctuary fountain with my whole heart.
