昨日私は街の中心を歩いていて、5メートルほどの高さの木がピンク色の花で、中央に濃い赤色の空洞の中に隠れた黄色い柱が見えました。

それはピンクの瓶として知られているブラキキトンの木 "Brachychiton"の花です。 それはフレアの形と柔らかい質感を持ち、触ったときに厚いため人工プラスチックのように見えます。

The pink bottle tree flower .....

Yesterday I was walking through the center of the city and I saw a tree about 5 meters high, with pink flowers and in the center a yellow pistil that hid in an intense red hollow.

It is a flower of the Brachiquiton tree "Brachychiton" or better known as a pink bottle. It has a flared shape and velvety texture, it looks like artificial plastic because it is thick when touched.

I show you several pictures of this flower and in a next post more information of this beautiful ornamental tree. Although they are originally from Australia, they adapt very well to the habitat of South America
