Hamo is sort of eel. Then Matsutake is one of mushroom in Japan.
Summer is best season for Hamo. Otherwise autumn is best season for Matsutake.
So there is only brief time we can eat both thing together.
Japanese are fond of feeling the changes of the seasons through food.

松茸は、この日中国産しかお手頃価格のものが出回ってなかったらしく、香りはふんわりでしたが、充分堪能しました🍶🍁💕
Sanuki udon has been very famous in Japan recently.
It's very chewy but too firm for me.
Osaka Udon is little bit softer than Sanuki Udon so that it delicious that soak into Dashi.
愛宕屋さんのおうどんは大阪のおうどん。
讃岐うどんも好きだけど、最近の流行りの店のはどうも私には硬すぎる…
地元で食べるともっと優しいんだけどなぁ。
良い感じに柔らかくコシがあるので、よくお出しがしみて美味しいです。

贅沢ですよねー😍土瓶蒸しが大好きで…次はエビ入れてもらいます！
名残の鱧に松茸とはうらやましい。私は今年はまだ松茸食べてません（コンビニ弁当のSIMカード並みに小さい松茸は除く）。
大丈夫です！韓国産はまだですし、もう少し安くなるはず(๑•̀ •́)و✧と待ってるんですけど…（笑）simカード並に小さい松茸🤣確かに…あれでちゃんと香りがあるから凄いなぁって思ってたんですが、後付け？（笑）
