モンゴルだ〜！！

やっとグルメぽい投稿に戻ります♪
2年前にはなってしまうんですが〜
ほんの一瞬モンゴルに行ってきた時のこと〜

モンゴルも来れると思ってなかったから感動でした。

モンゴルのミルクティー

甘くなくって、お塩とバターとミルクが入ってるんです。
一口飲んでみると”しょっぱ〜い”
栄養が満点なのだそうですが、温かくて、癖がつよい！
私は苦手でした…こわい味がした…笑

右の野菜にも羊肉が使われていて、
こちらも少々癖がありました。
日本では、臭みを控えたものが良い。みたいな感じですが、
やっぱ本場のモンゴルの人は、この臭みが好きだから、
臭みが強いものが好まれているのでしょう。

ホテルに行くまでの普通の道路に人が乗ったウシが、
普通に道路を横断しててびっくりしました。
遊牧民がこんなところでみれるなんて…

ホテルの窓からゲル発見！！わ〜☆

夜の街を歩いていたら、やたら犬が…
赤信号を止まってるみたい…

賢くて、かわいい。しかもずっと2匹がジャレ合って超仲良し♪

他の犬も居たけど…なんか…すごく楽しそうなワンちゃんでした。
モンゴルの街にワンちゃんは意外でした。

新しい建物が次々に建てられていました。
また、行く機会があれば、ゲル地区…遊牧地区…も行ってみたいです。
