花粉症終わった！

ようやくです！

3月下旬から花粉症と戦ってきましたが、今年も無事切り抜けられましたｗ

今年は新発見があって、仕事柄室内ばかりなので参考にならないかもしれないんだけど、

自分で淹れた緑茶を飲むとかなり緩和されるんです。というか一時的に治る。しかも即効性あり。

体質的な問題も影響してると思いますけど、今年は「お茶」と「本当に酷い時用の市販薬1/3箱分」くらいで切り抜けられました。

いやぁ助かったぜ( ･ิω･ิ)

ほんと今更な情報なんですけど、もし来年覚えてたら試してみてください！ｗｗ
