It is better to eat as soon as it changes color as you set the date too much.
こんな感じで保存して置きます。
あまり日にちを置くと色が変わってしまうので早めに食べた方がよいですね。

It is easy with soup stock only with bonito. Since vegetables are discolored black over time, I think that it is better to eat as soon as it will look poor.

市販のものだと小さく刻みすぎていて歯ごたえがなかったのですが自分で作ると自分好みの歯ごたえにできるので良さそうですね(✽ ﾟдﾟ ✽)
