課題その４　他人の欲を満たす

「他人の欲を満たす」

どうゆうことだ。

ガネーシャは、「人の欲を満たせる奴がビジネスのうまい奴だ。他人の顕在化していない欲を満たすのが大事」と言っていた。

とりあえず会社では、「この人は何をして欲しいんだ？」と考えながら業務に取り組んでみた。

そう考えると、頼まれた資料にわかりやすい注釈をつけてみようとか、この人疲れてそうだから僕がこの業務引き受けようとか、小さいアクションでも相手は喜んでくれるし、「他人の欲を満たす」に繋がるのかなと感じた。

「他人の欲を満たす」というより自分の解釈として、「この人は何をしたら喜んでくれるだろう」って常に考えながら行動するのを心がけたい。それのがなんか楽しいし。

明日の課題は、「会った人を笑わせる」です。

"Satisfying other people"

How can I do that?

Ganesha says "Good business man is good at satisfying othe r people. It is important to satify invisible people's greed".

Anyway, I tried to think about 'What do they want?' in my office.

I found even if it is a small action, it makes people happy. For example, I tried to make documents to be easy to understand, and instead of my colleague, I do her job.

I will try to think about 'How can I make people happy?'.

Tomorrow's task is 'making people laugh'.
