Soba Kokyu
This time I ordered a soba kaiseki cuisine.
Kaiseki in Japanese meal brought in courses.
Traditional course dishes originally served at a tea ceremony.
そば狐丘です。
今回はそば懐石を頼みました。
It is Sapporo beer's beer Shirahosaka. It is only offered at firms managed by nonfiltered beer.It has a mellow taste.
白穂乃香です。無濾過ビールでまろやかな味わいがします。
Deep-fried soba noodles
そばの唐揚げ
Wan mono (a dish served in a bowl)
椀物
tempura
てんぷら
It is finally soba.
お待ちかねのそばです。
The last is dessert and Matcha.
Although the price was reasonable in course cooking, the atmosphere of the shop was good, the food was delicious, it was good to go.
最後は抹茶です。
店の雰囲気も大変良く、料理も美味しく懐石コースなんで値段はそこそこしましたが満足でした。
