Kingyo 金魚
I went to a ramen shop kingyo.
中華蕎麦金魚に行ってきました。
金魚ののれんがかわいい。
This time I ordered roasted pork fillet tsukemen.
今回はチャーシューつけ蕎麦を頼みました。
There are about 10 seats in the shop
店内は10席くらいでしょうか。
Tsukemen noodles came in about 10 minutes after ordering.
I will smell a nice dish from the soup of Tsukemen.
頼んでから10分くらいで来ました。
つけ麺のスープからは煮干しのいい匂いがします。
Roasted pork fillet is on thick noodles.
中太麺にチャーシューが乗ってます。
Soup has a good taste of seafood.
Still, it is a refreshing taste without feeling unpleasant taste of fish etc.
The thick noodles and soup tangled well and it was delicious.
スープは魚介の味がしっかりと出ています。
それでいて、魚の嫌な雑味等は感じられずにスッキリした味わいです。
中太の麺とスープがよく絡まり美味しかったです。

In many places I had ramen, they prepare and serve the ramen mee and meats in the soup together. Is it supposed to be separated when they are served, in Japan?
This is called Tsukemen, and the noodles and the soup are separate.
