As a taste, the taste is the combination of fish sauce, cheese and mentaiko. It feels like that if you are told Mentaiko cheese monjayaki. I think that the taste is Mintako's spicy and the finish of the fish sauce is delicious.
味としては魚醤とチーズと明太子が合わさった味です。
明太チーズもんじゃと言われればそういう気がしてきますね。
味は明太子の辛さと魚醤が後に残り美味しいと思います。
