Gindako 築地銀だこ

築地銀だこに来ました。
たこ焼き屋のチェーン店です。

I have come to Tsukiji Gindako.
Gindaco is a chain store of the takoyaki shop.

Takoyaki is a popular Japanese savory snack in the shape of little round balls. It contains pieces of octopus served with Takoyaki sauce and Japanese mayo.

たこ焼きの生地を鉄板に流し込みます。

Octopus dumpling soup is poured into an iron plate.

Octopus is put in and it's turned over.

ソースとマヨネーズをかけてできあがり。

Sauce and mayonnaise are poured over it, and, finish
The inside is mushy, and the outside is crisp and very good.

ついでに焼きそばも食べました。

I also ate fried noodles.
