Today was such a busy day! When I was driving to gym, this cutie baby jump out to the road, so I had to slam the break!
She was a lost dog with color.
Of course as an animal lover, I could not leave her out alone.
So I decided to look around for the owner, I ring bell on each houses to ask if they know this lost dog.
I finally find the owner and now she is back to her sweet home :)

今日は忙しい日でした！ジムに行く途中迷い犬が道路に飛び出してきたので飼い主を捜しに走り回りました♬
フレンドリーで可愛いワンちゃんだったのでついてきました！
近所の家をまわってこの子を知っているか聞き、ようやく飼い主を見つける事ができワンちゃんは無事お家に帰りました(⑅ n´∀`n)

Since I was running around looking for the dog owner, I was tired and it was getting late so I just run 40min on cardio machine and did usual muscle training with machines and belt.
That was my workout challenge with steemit #11

結構走り回ったのでジムはカーディオマシーンで４０分走り,いつもの筋トレを機会とゴムベルトでして終了です！

人助け、いや犬助けしたから似顔絵サプライズプレゼントという良い事があったのかもしれません♬
